1. Introduction

JuvoAI Pte. Ltd. ("JuvoAI", "we", "us", or "our") is a Singapore-registered company operating the website https://juvoai.co (the "Website"). We are the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through this Website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our Website or engage our done-for-you B2B outbound services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

  • Email address and name when you book a strategy call via Calendly
  • Business information you share during strategy or onboarding calls
  • Any other information you voluntarily provide through email correspondence

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Website, we automatically collect certain information through PostHog analytics, including:

  • Page views and interactions
  • Device type and screen resolution
  • Browser type and version
  • IP address
  • Referrer URL (how you found our Website)
  • Session duration and browsing patterns

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: To provide, manage, and deliver our outbound lead generation services
  • Website improvement: To understand how visitors use our Website and improve the user experience
  • Analytics: To analyse website traffic, usage patterns, and performance
  • Communications: To respond to your enquiries, send updates, and share relevant information about our services

4. Personal Data We Process for Our Clients

When we deliver outbound services, we process personal data relating to our Clients' prospects — such as business contact names, roles, company information, and business email addresses — in order to run outreach campaigns on our Clients' behalf.

  • Where we research, source, and build prospect lists ourselves, we determine how and why that data is used for outreach and act as a data controller (or, together with the Client, a joint controller) in respect of that data.
  • Where a Client provides their own contact data for us to use, we act as a data processor, processing it on the Client's instructions under our agreement with that Client.
  • In all cases, we process prospect data only to provide the Services, apply reasonable sending practices, and honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
  • If you have received outreach from us on behalf of one of our Clients and wish to access, correct, or opt out of further contact, you may use the opt-out mechanism provided or contact us at hello@juvoai.co. We will action your request and, where appropriate, refer it to the relevant Client.

This Privacy Policy primarily describes how we handle the personal data of visitors to our Website and individuals who enquire about or engage our Services. The handling of prospect data within Client campaigns is additionally governed by the applicable Client agreement and applicable law.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: Where you have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for a specific purpose
  • Legitimate interest: Where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (such as improving our Website and services, or B2B outreach to relevant business contacts) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests
  • Contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract
  • Legal obligation: Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use privacy-friendly product analytics (PostHog) configured in a cookieless mode — it does not set tracking cookies or store a persistent identifier on your device. We use it to understand, in aggregate, how visitors interact with our Website (such as page views and general usage patterns) so we can improve it.

Because we do not set non-essential tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner is required for this analytics. You can still control cookies and site data through your browser settings at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect or process your data:

  • PostHog(analytics) — Collects website usage data to help us improve our Website. See the PostHog Privacy Policy.
  • Calendly(scheduling) — Processes your name and email when you book a strategy call. See the Calendly Privacy Notice.
  • Vercel(hosting) — Hosts our Website and may process connection data. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.

When delivering outbound services for Clients, we also use third-party data, email-sending, scheduling, and CRM tools as processors. The specific providers used for a given engagement are disclosed in the applicable Client agreement.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Website and delivering our services (as listed in Section 7)
  • Legal requirements: Where required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets

9. International Data Transfers

As we use third-party services based in various countries, your data may be processed outside of Singapore. Where your data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on service providers' compliance with applicable data protection standards and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include, where appropriate, encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to personal data to those who need it to provide the Services. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

  • Analytics data: Retained according to PostHog default retention settings
  • Email correspondence: Retained for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter
  • Client engagement and campaign data: Retained as specified in the applicable Client agreement
